Symposium Cancellation Policy: Symposium ticket refunds are subject to the following terms: tickets cancelled more than one month prior to the event are fully refundable however subject to a $75 administrative fee; tickets cancelled between one month and two weeks prior to the event are 50% refundable and subject to a $75 administrative fee; and tickets cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
